Paul Clarke comes from a technical business to business sales background. He believes passionately that good business comes from knowledge of good sales techniques, applying them and updating that learning constantly.
As UK sales manager for a world leader in specialty chemicals he helped establish new business and increase profits in challenging market conditions. In the process he employed coaching techniques to motivate and develop his sales team. Now he uses this experience to support small companies, particularly in working with those whose sales methods have begun to stagnate and where a different approach is needed.
Paul has acted successfully as an interim sales person and as a sales agent.
Paul's success as a coach derives from his ability to get to know people well and his understanding of the conflicting stresses and strains of work and family life. His objective is to help managers achieve the best of all worlds.
As well as coaching senior business people, including MDO's and leaders of major companies, Paul also enjoys aiding the technological and scientific educational development of children by assisting education partnerships, such as Compact EBS with science days and interviews.
