1. Set Goals for You.
Set goals to help you achieve what you really want to achieve. Nothing wrong with big goals but remember big achievements happen after lots of small ones .
The goals must motivate you and be relevant to your situation . If the gaols set are too ambitious it can become a bad situation. Success breeds success.
2. Set measurable goals
So set a time period in which these can be achieved . I will make 20 calls today . I will tidy my desk by the end of the week and so on . You can use SMART
3. Write them down
Use the word will , not might or would like to . Writing is on the way to signing up to them. Look at them every day so put the goals where you can see them
4. Tell someone
Another step towards making the goals happen
5. And finally Take Action
Never mind how lovely the plan is – Action is the only way to get the goals to happen
